He served as the Chairman of City Bank from 2004 to February, 2005 and served as its Vice Chairman from April 1997 to 2004. He served as a Director of Central Pacific Financial Corp. from 2004 to March 2010 and Central Pacific Bank from September 13, 2004 to March 2010. He served as Director of CB Bancshares Inc. since April 1997 until 2004 and City Bank since August 1995. He serves on the University of Hawaii Board of Regents, the Research Corporation of the University of Hawaii, the Aloha Council of the Boy Scouts of America, the National Board of the Boy Scouts of America, and is a Trustee for the Public Schools of Hawaii Foundation. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Mr. Migita graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington and the University of Hawaii Advanced Management Program.
